The shipping carrier is selected based on your delivery location and the size of your order. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Orders" section. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us at bombaylust@gmail.com.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. A reshipment fee may apply. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Each candle is carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging is designed to be eco-friendly and uses recycled or recyclable materials wherever possible. Candles are individually wrapped and cushioned to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
